They’re armed with degrees but facing an increasingly complex and competitive job market — one where digital readiness, confidence, and access to opportunity are unevenly distributed.

  • As founders, we bring different career experiences and journey's but share one mission: helping people to realise their potential.

  • • Danielle Di-Masi is an internationally recognised lecturer, media personality, and trusted advisor to universities and major global brands. She’s spent her career helping students navigate how to connect meaningfully in professional environments — and how to be seen for their true value.
  • • Skye Butler has spent over two decades leading large-scale technology transformations and digital innovation programs while mentoring and coaching women in tech. With deep expertise in building secure, scalable platforms, she’s passionate about making technology human again — built around trust, safety, and personal growth.
