Age Suitability
Last Updated: 11th October 2026
GradWIN is for people aged 18 or over.
This page explains who GradWIN is designed for, how age is confirmed, and what happens if an under-18 account is discovered. It is the reference URL for the age declarations made on our Apple App Store and Google Play listings.
1.Who GradWIN Is For
GradWIN is a career-development product for adults — current university students and alumni — building evidence of what they can do. It is not designed for, or directed at, anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
2.How Age Is Confirmed
- every new account requires an explicit confirmation that the person is 18 or over before sign-up can complete
- the confirmation is recorded with a timestamp at the moment it is given
- our Terms of Use make 18+ a condition of holding an account
3.If an Under-18 Account Is Found
If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete its data under our standard deletion process. Parents, guardians or schools can report a concern to hello@gradwin.app.
4.Store Age Ratings
On both stores GradWIN is declared as an adult-audience app (18+), consistent with this policy. The app contains user-generated content and user-to-user messaging, which is reflected in the rating questionnaires.
5.Related Policies
Our Terms of Use set out the 18+ condition, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, including our commitment not to collect data from anyone under 18.
