Start with a person or a role
Search a student, a role, or a career direction. GradWIN returns the same readiness engine students see — so you're both looking at the same picture.
For career advisers
A shared readiness view for every student you support.
Career advisers and coordinators are a first-class GradWIN persona. Start from a student or a career direction, and GradWIN shows readiness, capability gaps and the most useful support to offer next.
Evidence maturity, not vanity metrics
Every capability is tracked as explored, practised, demonstrated or externally verified — so conversations focus on what's genuinely proven and what isn't yet.
Consent-based by design
Students grant access. Access is time-limited, visible to the student and revocable at any time.
Complements your programs
GradWIN is provider-neutral. It sits alongside your workshops, placements, employability frameworks and industry partners rather than replacing them.
