• career reflections and quiz answers

Activity and progression:

• badges started, submitted, and verified
• evidence files you upload
• session activity (anonymous analytics)
• referrals you send and receive

• to power your career-readiness journey
• to verify your achievements credibly
• to surface insights via Career DNA
• to keep the platform safe and free of abuse
• to share aggregated, anonymised insights with universities

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

You control visibility for every layer of your profile:

• Private — only you
• Shared with recruiters — opted-in recruiters only
• Visible on GradWIN profile — your public credential page

University admins can see profiles and badges only for students at their own institution, for reporting and support purposes.

• access — request a copy of your data
• correction — edit or update your profile at any time
• deletion — permanently remove your account and data
• portability — export your data in a machine-readable format
• objection — opt out of analytics or recruiter visibility

We use minimal first-party analytics to understand how the platform is used. No cross-site tracking. No advertising cookies. No third-party data brokers.

GradWIN is intended for users 16 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from younger users.
