Prove the capability. Protect the work behind it.
GradWIN assesses evidence against defined capability criteria while helping students protect confidential, proprietary and personal information. Recruiters and employers can see what has been demonstrated without automatically receiving the sensitive work behind it.

Private source evidence
The original material you submitted for assessment. Private by default and never automatically visible to recruiters or employers.

Shareable evidence
A privacy-screened version you review and approve. Only this version can be released through an access grant.

What employers and recruiters see by default: the capability, its status, the evidence source category and the assurance level.
Assurance levels
- Evidence-backed — Evidence was submitted with provenance and assessed against GradWIN's defined capability criteria.
- Identity-verified — Evidence-backed, and the account met GradWIN's identity requirements — for example a verified university email.
- Defended — Evidence-backed and identity requirements met, and the student answered questions grounded in their own evidence about their reasoning and personal contribution.
- Workplace-confirmed — In addition to the above, an authorised workplace contact confirmed that the described activity and contribution took place. Confidential company material is not requested.
Assurance levels describe how much supporting context GradWIN holds for a capability. They are not a claim of proven authorship.
For students and graduates
- · Your source evidence is private by default.
- · You review and approve a privacy-screened version before anyone can see it.
- · You can show workplace capability by describing the work — no uploads required.
- · You can withdraw shared evidence at any time.
Do not submit personal information, customer information, confidential company material, passwords, security information, financial account information, health information, internal URLs, source code or anything you aren't authorised to share.
For employers and recruiters
- · See the capability, its status, the evidence source category and the assurance level.
- · Request access to the student-approved version — the student decides.
- · Every credential links to a public page stating exactly what was assessed.
- · Career DNA is context for a conversation, never a filter or a hiring score.
What GradWIN claims — and what it doesn't
GradWIN assesses submitted evidence against defined capability criteria.
GradWIN does not verify authorship, detect plagiarism, or determine whether something was AI-generated. Privacy screening is a safeguard, not a guarantee. The Evidence Shield is GradWIN's own assurance framework — it is not an external accreditation.
