- How does GradWIN help improve graduate outcomes?
- By making career capital visible. Students recognise the experience they already hold, connect it to a direction they're actually considering, see what genuinely matters next, and can demonstrate it more clearly. We don't claim GradWIN causes employment outcomes — what it changes is how well existing capability can be understood.
- Why should we trust GradWIN?
- Because it's explicit about what it knows. What a student told us stays separate from what has been spotted, confirmed or assessed. Nothing is quietly upgraded into proof, unknown is stated rather than dressed up, and we don't manufacture readiness claims. Students own their data, and we don't sell identifiable student information.
- Does it replace our careers service?
- No. Advisers do work GradWIN cannot: judgement, context, advocacy and relationships. GradWIN is complementary and says so to students.
- What can a career adviser do today?
- Explore career directions and the capabilities commonly relevant to them, build a recommended pathway for a role, and share it with a student. That flow uses no individual student data.
- Can staff see individual student information?
- Only where a student has explicitly granted access, and that access expires and can be withdrawn. A verified institutional email doesn't give visibility of students, and sharing a university domain isn't permission.
- What does participation involve, and what does it cost?
