We use AI to help you — not to replace your judgement.

GradWIN uses AI in specific, transparent ways to enhance your career-readiness journey. We believe you have the right to know exactly where AI is involved and what it is doing.

1.Where We Use AI

  • Career DNA — synthesising your quiz answers into an archetype
  • Reflection prompts — generating thoughtful questions
  • Resume and recruiter-summary drafting
  • Insight summaries for personal growth
  • Content moderation triage (humans make the final call)

2.Where We Do NOT Use AI

  • Badge verification — reviewed by trained humans
  • Moderation enforcement decisions — reviewed by humans
  • Account suspensions — reviewed by humans
  • Recruiter introductions — initiated by you

3.Your Responsibility

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, biased, or out of date. Before using anything AI helped you create — resumes, summaries, profile copy — you should:

  • read it carefully
  • edit it in your own voice
  • check facts and dates
  • remove anything that misrepresents you

4.Your Data and AI

  • your data is not used to train third-party foundation models
  • we use established AI providers with strict data handling commitments
  • AI requests are scoped to the task — no broad data harvesting
  • you can opt out of AI-generated features in account settings

5.Models We Use

GradWIN currently routes AI requests through trusted gateway providers including OpenAI and Google. The specific model in use for a given feature may change as quality improves; we will always disclose if the privacy posture changes.
