GradWIN helps students and early-career people to:

• find a direction and understand what a career actually expects
• recognise experience they already have
• build and present evidence of what they can do
• connect with employers, recruiters and opportunities on their own terms

GradWIN does not guarantee:

• employment, internships or graduate program acceptance
• recruitment outcomes or interviews
• professional certifications or accredited qualifications

GradWIN provides general career-readiness guidance and assessment against its own defined criteria. It is not legal, medical, financial, immigration, academic or mental-health advice.

Users remain responsible for:

• verifying information before relying on it
• making their own decisions
• reviewing anything AI helped them produce
• conducting themselves professionally

You must:

• be at least 16 years old (or have guardian consent where required)
• provide accurate account information
• maintain account security
• comply with university/community standards where applicable

We may suspend or remove accounts that:

• impersonate others
• misuse the platform
• engage in harassment
• submit false achievements or evidence
• place community safety at risk

Users are responsible for:

• maintaining password confidentiality
• securing access to their devices
• logging out of shared/public computers
• protecting account access

GradWIN uses secure authentication and encrypted infrastructure, but no online platform can guarantee absolute security.

GradWIN is designed to be:

• respectful
• inclusive
• professionally safe

Users must not:

• harass or bully others
• discriminate
• impersonate recruiters, universities, or students
• upload harmful or inappropriate material
• misuse messaging or networking systems
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data

We may moderate, remove, restrict, or review content and accounts to help maintain platform safety.

GradWIN uses AI to:

• suggest capabilities an experience you describe might relate to
• assess submitted evidence against defined criteria
• screen evidence for obvious personal or confidential information
• power GradWIN Coach

AI-generated content:

• may contain inaccuracies
• should be reviewed carefully before you rely on it
• does not replace professional advice
• should not be relied upon as legal, academic, financial, or employment advice

GradWIN does not verify authorship, detect plagiarism, or detect the use of AI in anything you submit, and makes no claim to do so. Privacy screening is a safeguard, not a guarantee. Our AI disclosure sets out exactly what AI can and cannot do here.

Users remain responsible for all content they submit, share, or use externally, and must not submit material they do not have the right to share.

GradWIN is committed to protecting student privacy and using data responsibly.

We aim to:

Users control what information is:

• private
• shared publicly
• visible to recruiters
• visible on profiles

GradWIN may record:

• capabilities you have demonstrated through assessed evidence
• credentials issued by GradWIN
• an assurance level reflecting where evidence came from and who confirmed it
• verification links you may choose to share

An assessment is GradWIN’s judgement of a specific piece of evidence against specific defined criteria, at a point in time. It is not a statement that the evidence is authentic, that you personally produced it, or that it is free of plagiarism or AI assistance — GradWIN does not check those things.

Credentials represent participation and demonstrated capability within GradWIN. They are not government-accredited qualifications, and they are not issued by a university or a regulator. Career definitions and criteria are versioned and change over time; how they are built and reviewed is set out in our methodology.

Recruiters and third parties should independently assess candidate suitability, and must not treat a GradWIN record as a substitute for their own checks.

Submitting false, misleading or borrowed evidence is a breach of these terms and may result in credentials being revoked.

GradWIN may facilitate:

• recruiter visibility
• networking
• mentorship
• messaging
• profile sharing

Users should:

• act professionally
• respect boundaries
• report inappropriate conduct
• exercise personal judgment when interacting with others

GradWIN does not independently verify every recruiter, mentor, employer, or user interaction.

GradWIN may provide social sharing features.

Users may:

• share achievement links
• share GradWIN content and results with others
• post demonstrated capabilities to external platforms such as LinkedIn

GradWIN does not offer rewards, prizes or incentives for invites. Sharing features, certificates and status indicators may be modified, paused, or removed at GradWIN’s discretion.

Users must not:

• spam sharing or invitation systems
• create fake accounts
• manipulate sharing or attribution data

Users may report:

• harassment
• fake accounts
• unsafe behaviour
• inappropriate content
• impersonation
• policy violations

GradWIN may:

• investigate reports
• moderate content
• restrict accounts
• suspend access
• remove unsafe material

Moderation decisions are intended to help maintain community safety and platform integrity.

Users may request:

• account deletion
• data export
• privacy clarification

Certain information may be retained for:

• legal obligations
• moderation records
• security purposes
• fraud prevention
• credential verification integrity

Deletion requests may take reasonable time to process.

• complete accuracy
• employment outcomes
• prevention of all security incidents
• uninterrupted access

To the extent permitted by law, GradWIN is not liable for:

• indirect losses
• employment outcomes
• user-generated content
• external interactions
• third-party platform actions
• unauthorised access resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control

GradWIN is an evolving platform in early release.

Features, career definitions, capability criteria, assessment methods and experiences may change over time as the platform grows. Where criteria change materially, we version them rather than silently rewriting what has already been approved.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms. These Terms are provided as our own plain-language statement of how the platform works. They are not legal advice, and nothing here should be read as a claim of certification or regulatory compliance.
