Request Data Deletion

Use this form to ask GradWIN to delete your data. You don't need the app, an account you can sign in to, or a password.
Send it and a member of our team verifies the request comes from the account owner, then carries it out. You'll get a reference number on this screen and written confirmation when it's done.
1.What happens after you send it
- we check the request matches the account owner (we may reply to confirm it's you)
- we confirm receipt within 5 business days
- deletion is completed within 30 days of verification
- we confirm in writing once the purge is finished
A request here starts the process — nothing is deleted the moment you press send, because we first make sure the request is genuine and yours.
2.Faster, if you can still sign in
Opening the app or gradwin.app and going to Me → Account & Data deletes your account straight away, with a 30-day grace period to change your mind.
3.What gets deleted, and what we keep
Our account and data deletion page lists exactly what is removed and what is retained (an anonymised aggregate, a minimal deletion audit record, and anything the law requires us to keep). Our data retention schedule gives the periods.
