Community Standards
Last Updated: 26th May 2026
GradWIN is a verified university community.
These standards exist so every student feels safe, respected, and supported as they build their career. They apply to every interaction on the platform — reflections, comments, messages, badge evidence, profile content, and recruiter conversations.
1.Be Respectful
Treat every student, mentor, recruiter, and reviewer with respect. Disagreement is fine. Cruelty is not.
2.Be Authentic
Your reflections, evidence, and credentials must be your own honest work. Do not:
- submit fabricated evidence
- impersonate other students
- share verification codes that aren't yours
- misrepresent your role on a project
3.What Is Not Allowed
- harassment, bullying, or threats
- hate speech, discrimination, or slurs
- sexual content or unwanted advances
- doxxing or sharing private information
- spam, scams, or fraudulent recruiter activity
- illegal content of any kind
4.Reporting
If you see something that breaks these standards, report it. Use the report button on the content or profile, or email hello@gradwin.app.
Reports are reviewed by a human, not an algorithm.
5.Enforcement
Depending on severity we may:
- remove content
- issue a private warning
- hide content from public view
- revoke a badge or credential
- suspend or permanently remove the account
- notify the relevant university
- report to law enforcement where required
6.Your Wellbeing
If you are in crisis or immediate danger, contact local emergency services or your university wellbeing support. GradWIN is not a substitute for professional help.
